Growing up I didn’t care much about methi. Heck, who am I kidding. I didn’t care about methi up until I moved to US. Well sure, I am all in for this good for your heart, good for your gut green, but when you are in India you are spoiled by the varieties of veggies that you get there. And methi was not among my favorite green to cook or eat. Except for the methi paranthas that mom made, of course. Now, don’t get me wrong here, we do get a equal number of veggies and greens here in US too.
